ListHub Listing Syndication

ListHub is an online marketing tool that allows brokers to send their listing data to various listing web sites of their choice such as Google, Trulia, AOL and more. It utilizes data from LSAR, as authorized by the broker/owner, providing convenience and eliminating re-entry of data. After registering for the service, ListHub pulls basic listing data from each day and distributes it to sites of your choice. All sites are free and this includes Google, CyberHomes, AOL, Oodle, Homescape, MyREALTY.com, Edgeio, Hotpads.com, Vast, PropSmart and CLR Search.com.

Registration (by the Managing Broker) takes about two minutes and ListHub guarantees that your listings will be online within 72 hours, just follow these steps:

  1. Know your Office Code.
  2. Go to www.ListHub.net
  3. Click on “Create Account”
  4. Once account is created, click “Channels” and make selections.

Features include:

· Improved broker reports to include more detailed click traffic information presented in a printable format, emailed weekly to you.

· Individual listing reports that provide brokers with a branded one-page view of their online marketing results that they can use to give feedback to their sellers.

· Agent login is a feature where a managing broker can “invite” brokers to ListHub so that the agents can login to view and manage only their listing inventory.

· Broker web site redirection, where brokers can have their listings redirected to their brokerage web site instead of the standard branded “landing page.”
