Three data feed options are available from the Lake Superior Area MLS.
rDesk’s IDX
rDesk IDX is a quick and easy way to have MLS listings and search functionality on nearly any agent or broker website. Client profiles can be created to save searches, bookmark properties, and to enable automatic email listing updates. These client profiles allow you to monitor who is using your search engine, what types of searches they are running, and what properties they have taken interest in, helping you determine where to focus your time. Put the listings on your website.
All this, plus as many customized searches as you may want for only $15.00/month.

RETS Data Feed
In the simplest sense, RETS is a raw data feed that speaks in the “common language” MLS’s use to distribute data. Web developers that specialize in agent/broker websites generally require access to a RETS feed.
API Availability (not available at this time)
An API is available upon request. An API may be for a web-based system, operating system, database system, computer hardware, or software library. An API specification can take many forms, but often includes specifications for routines, data structures, object classes, variables, or remote calls. POSIX, Windows API and ASPI are examples of different forms of APIs.
