The Lake Superior Area REALTORS® (LSAR) is a non-profit trade association serving over 800 real estate professionals throughout the Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin. We strive to accomplish the priorities and strategic objectives of our volunteer Board of Directors. LSAR advances member success by providing relevant software, training, tools, advocacy and business support to our members.

Member Services Coordinator Summary:
The Member Services Coordinator is the primary contact for our members. Responsibilities include member communication and publications, public relations, web and social media initiatives, education and orientation programs, outreach programs and initiatives, association events, membership records, membership billings, and customer service experience for members.
Maintain accurate membership records.
Manage membership billings.
Oversee and market all membership services offered by the association.
Receive and process new member applications and administer new member application process.
Keep abreast of current membership rules and regulations.
Handle all inquiries and requests related to membership.
Produce monthly membership reports.
Coordinate educational offerings based on members' needs.
Promote each program using all available media.
Prepare all materials and equipment for program.
Provide on-site support for program.
Conduct registration for all programs.
Prepare and maintain rosters for all programs.
Conduct, compile, and report on program evaluations.
Provide instruction on member benefits and programs.
Coordinate association events
Promote each event using all available media.
Prepare all materials and equipment for event.
Provide on-site support for event.
Conduct registration for event.
Coordinate with leadership and volunteers.
Develop content and layout for monthly/weekly e-newsletters
Manage social media relations and content
Basic photography and video production
Assist in public relations/marketing efforts for the association
Other duties as directed by the CEO.
This individual will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail with complete and accurate record keeping. A strong command of Windows OS, MS 365, Zoom, Google Applications, social media platforms, and general computer knowledge.
