The Lake Superior Area REALTORS® (LSAR) is a non-profit trade association serving over 800 real estate professionals throughout Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin with a headquarters in Duluth, MN.  We strive to accomplish the priorities and strategic objectives of our volunteer Board of Directors.  LSAR advances member success by providing relevant software, training, tools, advocacy, and business support to our members.

Position Summary:

We are currently looking to fulfill the position of Chief Executive Officer for LSAR.  In coordination with the Board of Directors, this individual will be instrumental in strategically leading LSAR into the future. This position will frequently interact with not only our members and staff, but individuals and organizations in the communities we serve.  As such, this position requires higher level organization skills and attention to detail, a highly professional demeanor, excellent communication and public speaking skills, the ability to lead a small team, general business and finance knowledge, an understanding of political advocacy, and a disposition towards strategic thinking. • Developing and implementing strategic plans
• Supporting the Board and various committees
• Administering budget, staff, policies, and facilities.
• Administering LSAR Multiple Listing Service
• Directing and oversight of member and affiliate member experience
